Whatever You Say Can be Marketing

In reading about marketing techniques, I came across this particular article from Acupuncture Today.
It talks about speaking to a patient in a manner that clearly communicates information to the patient. It gives language short enough to remember and excites your patients about their healing process. If they’re excited they are more likely to tell others about their treatment.
I am reminded of a chiropractor I saw in Vancouver, Washington. She did a very specific form of chiropractic. A casual acquaintance was talking to another person about this woman. He used language so similar to hers (which was just a tiny bit different from most chiropractors in the area) that I immediately knew who he was seeing. I asked if this was his practitioner. He was surprised and excited that I knew her and I had been seeing her for years.
I was excited that someone else loved this woman’s healing method as much as I did. The person we were talking to got TWO excellent recommendations for this one practitioner. No doubt they are still a patient. How often does that happen? It depends upon how you brand yourself to your patients. This practitioner did a very good job.
